Introduction
SaiMar Future Leaders Academy is a flagship programme of SaiMar Academy, created to help ambitious young people aged 14 and above grow into confident, capable and principled leaders. We bring academic support, career readiness, entrepreneurial thinking and personal development into one structured journey, so that every young person who joins us leaves with the skills, mindset and network to shape their own future and strengthen their community.
Our mission
Our purpose is simple and serious: to close the gap between potential and opportunity. Across The Gambia, Africa and the wider world, there is no shortage of talented young people. What is often missing is access to structured guidance, genuine mentorship and the practical skills that turn ambition into achievement. The Future Leaders Academy exists to provide exactly that.

Who it is for
The Academy is designed for motivated young people aged 14 and above who are ready to invest in themselves: secondary school students, school leavers, early undergraduates and young people preparing to enter work or start a venture. No particular background is required. What matters is a willingness to learn, contribute and grow.
