SaiMar Future Leaders Academy is a youth development programme under SaiMar Academy. We help ambitious young people grow in four areas: academic excellence, career development, entrepreneurship and innovation, and leadership and personal development. Our aim is to prepare confident, capable and principled young leaders.
The Academy is for motivated young people who want to invest in their growth, including secondary school students, school leavers, early undergraduates and young people preparing for work or entrepreneurship. No particular background is required, only a willingness to learn and contribute.
Our programmes are designed for young people aged 14 and above. Where relevant, we tailor activities to different stages so each participant is supported at the right level.
We offer structured learning across leadership and personal development, academic skills, career readiness and entrepreneurship, delivered through workshops, mentorship, practical projects and community activities.
No. While many participants are students, the Academy also welcomes school leavers and young people preparing to enter work or start a venture. Parents, schools, mentors and partner organisations are an important part of our community too.
You can apply through our application form or by contacting us using the details on this site. We will guide you through the next steps, including any interview or orientation.
Please contact us for current details. Some programmes are offered free of charge, while others carry a fee that helps sustain the Academy. We keep access as wide as possible and offer support where we can.
Yes. Mentorship is central to what we do. Participants are supported by experienced mentors and professionals who offer guidance, encouragement and real-world insight throughout the programme and, where possible, beyond it.
Yes. We offer both in-person and online opportunities, so young people can take part wherever they are while still benefiting from the connection and energy of learning together.
We welcome parents, schools, organisations and individuals who share our commitment to young people. Partners can support through mentorship, hosting, sponsorship, referrals or collaboration on programmes. Please contact us to explore how we can work together.
